Roli Camera VIP Service Agreement
Welcome to Roli Camera VIP Service.
This VIP Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between you and TOCHAT LABS LIMITED (圖洽創新科技有限公司) (“we,” “us,” or the “Operator”) regarding your activation, purchase, subscription to, or use of Roli Camera VIP Service.
Please read and understand this Agreement before purchasing or using VIP Service. By confirming, completing payment, starting a subscription, or using VIP Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase, activate, or use VIP Service.
1. Service Description
Roli Camera VIP Service is a value-added service. Benefits may include advanced filters, vintage-camera effects, professional editing features, high-resolution saving, exclusive materials, removal of feature limits, member-only content, or other benefits displayed in the App.
The specific benefits, price, validity period, billing cycle, activation method, promotions, and usage rules are those shown on the relevant Roli Camera App pages.
We may adjust VIP benefits, service content, prices, and promotion rules based on product plans, operations, technical conditions, or legal requirements. Updated information will be shown in the App or an announcement.
2. Purchase and Activation
You may activate VIP Service through in-app purchases, subscriptions, redemption codes, promotional grants, or other methods we may support.
Before purchase, confirm the item, service type, price, validity period, billing cycle, payment method, and auto-renewal rules. Except where law provides otherwise, you are responsible for losses caused by your own incorrect operation, mistaken or duplicate purchase, or failure to cancel in time.
If Roli Camera does not provide account registration, VIP eligibility may be identified through your app-store account, subscription receipt, device information, or another technical method. The App display governs identification, restoration, and use.
3. Fees and Refunds
VIP Service is a digitally delivered online service. After a successful purchase, the relevant benefits are normally activated and delivered immediately.
Except where required by law, allowed by app-store refund rules, or where Roli Camera causes duplicate charges, successful payment without activation, or inability to use purchased service, VIP Service generally does not support no-reason refunds.
If you purchase through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party store, payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are generally subject to that store’s rules and processes.
For duplicate charges, missing benefits, or other payment issues, contact us using the details at the end of this Agreement. After verification, we will assist in accordance with applicable law and rules.
4. Automatic Renewal
For auto-renewing subscriptions, the cycle, renewal price, charge time, and cancellation method are those shown by the app store or payment page.
Manage or cancel the subscription within the period required by the relevant platform before expiry or renewal. If you do not cancel in time, the platform may charge you automatically.
Payment and subscription management for automatic renewal are provided by the relevant app store or payment platform and are governed by its published rules.
5. VIP Benefits and Service Period
During the valid period, VIP users may use the applicable membership benefits announced by Roli Camera. The App display governs the specific benefits.
The service period starts when purchase succeeds, the subscription takes effect, or redemption completes. The purchase page, subscription page, app-store order, or in-app membership page governs the validity period.
When the service period ends, VIP benefits terminate automatically unless you renew or resubscribe.
Some functions may depend on device model, system or app version, network, regional policy, or app-store rules. We use reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee every function on every device or in every environment.
6. User Rules
VIP Service is for the personal use of the user who activated it. You may not rent, lend, transfer, sell, share, or give it to another person.
You may not obtain or use VIP Service through stolen payment methods, fraud, abusive refunds, exploitation of vulnerabilities, cracked software, modified clients, forged receipts, or unofficial channels.
If you violate this Agreement, applicable law, or the lawful rights of Roli Camera or other users, we may restrict use, suspend service, cancel VIP status, refuse future service, or pursue legal responsibility as appropriate.
If VIP status is cancelled or restricted because of your violation, fees already paid are generally non-refundable unless law provides otherwise.
7. User Content and Responsibility
Photos, videos, and other content you create, edit, save, export, or share using Roli Camera must comply with law and public order and good morals.
You may not use VIP Service to create, save, or distribute illegal, infringing, false, obscene, violent, terrorist, insulting, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful content, including content that violates portrait, privacy, reputation, intellectual-property, or other lawful rights.
You are responsible for complaints, disputes, claims, or liabilities arising from your use or user content.
8. Service Changes, Interruptions, or Termination
We may change, interrupt, suspend, or terminate VIP Service because of maintenance, upgrades, server changes, app-store review, network failures, device or system restrictions, third-party service failures, force majeure, regulatory requirements, or product operations.
We use reasonable efforts to keep VIP Service stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times, locations, devices, or network conditions.
If product changes or legal requirements require ending part or all of VIP Service, we will provide notice through the App, page prompts, or another reasonable method and handle related matters according to law.
9. Disclaimer
Roli Camera VIP Service is provided based on existing technology and service conditions. We work to improve quality but do not guarantee that the service will meet every expectation.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by:
- Your incorrect operation or failure to follow service rules;
- Your use of unofficial, cracked, or unauthorized versions or channels;
- Device failure, system restrictions, network problems, or local data loss;
- Failures of third-party payment platforms, app stores, or services; or
- Force majeure, government action, regulatory requirements, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits consumer rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
10. Use by Minors
If you are a minor, purchase, activate, or use VIP Service only with the guidance and consent of a parent or other guardian.
Guardians should reasonably guide minors in using the App and VIP Service to avoid unreasonable spending or improper use.
11. Changes to this Agreement
We may amend this Agreement from time to time in response to legal or regulatory changes, product adjustments, changes to the service model, or operational needs.
We will notify you of updates through in-app prompts, page notices, or another reasonable method. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Agreement.
If you do not agree with the revised Agreement, stop using VIP Service.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The formation, validity, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
Any dispute arising from this Agreement or VIP Service should first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party may bring a claim before a court with jurisdiction.
